Collection and processing
Dayun is divided into spring dayun and autumn dayun according to the different picking time. Spring dayun starts to dig in April every year, turns over in the hot summer sun, and packs and transports the meat and stems after drying; The excavation period of Dayun growing in autumn is from September to October. Its individual size is slightly smaller than that of Dayun in spring, and its moisture content is the same as that of Dayun in spring. However, due to the weak sunshine, low temperature and short sunshine time in late autumn and early winter, it is difficult to guarantee the quality and specifications.
